Computers work while idle; phones only while charging on unmetered Wi-Fi.
How Merit is counted
Work is verified by trusted-pool replay and random canary jobs. Valid work earns Merit scaled by your device's reputation. Work that fails verification lowers reputation and can hold earnings for a while; the app shows the reason and the estimated recovery time.
